Húsavík Camping Ground

The camp site is in a great location. From Húsavík is a short distance to visit some of the most popular attractions in Iceland such as the waterfall Dettifoss, Mývatn lake and Ásbyrgi.

A good camp site in Húsavík, a walking distance to the swimming pool and grocery store. There are two showers, washing machine and toilets. There is also free internet connection.

Rate summer 2024:
Adults: 2.000kr per night
Senior citizens and disabled: 1.500kr
Children: Free for 14 years and yunger
Electricity: 1.300kr per day
Washing machine: 800kr
Tumble dryer: 800kr
Lodging tax per sleeping unit: 333kr  

We don´t walk around to collect payments but campers should come and pay at campsite reception.
They are free to take a spot, use facilities, connect to electricity and come to receptions during working hours 9 - 11:30 and 19-22 to check in and pay.
