Hotel Fransiskus

The hotel offers 21 rooms, single, double and family rooms. The rooms have been beautifully designed with soft colours and a cosy atmosphere. Each room has been furnished with all the latest amenities and have magnificent view, over harbour, the centre of the town, the mountains and towards the magnificent bay Breiðafjörður.  

The Fransiskus house was once a Catholic monastery and there is still a chapel inside the Fransiskus hotel which is open up to everybody to visit. You might even meet our sisters of St. Mary´s who pray every day in the chapel.
