South East ehf is an all year round travel company that offers Superjeep tours. If you dream of seeing specific places in the region of Vatnajökull, from a few hours tour and up to a day or two, we set up a tour based on your wishes. Send us your ideas and we will put together the tour of your dreams. whether it is on a glacier or black sand beaches, glacierlagoons, Skaftafell, deep walleys or the mountain road to Lónsöræfi. In the winter it is likely and a magical tour to go out in the evening or late night to the frosen glacier lagoons and take a look at or take pictures of the aurora borealis/Northern lights, there are five different lagoons to choose from, or maybee choose all of them to see.

Fun fact about South East ehf

South East ehf is a small family business  located in the town of Höfn on the southeast coast of Iceland.

Our names are Anna María and Siggi and we have two children who are not so much children any more, we run this business and our aim is to make your visit to our beautiful area as magnificent as we can. We have lived here almost all our lives and know the area and its hidden gems.

Siggi is the driver and guide, he has volunteered for many years in our local rescue unit, he is a captain of the rescue ship in Höfn, He worked as a fisherman for about 23 years mostly as a captain, but for the last years he has been a harbor pilot and the director of the port of Hornafjörður.
