Our pala pizza sourdough is prepared in our kitchen by our passionate chefs. it is super crunchy on the outside and moist and soft on the inside. Most importantly, it is light and easily digestible. Our pizza sauce is made from organic Pelati tomatoes and our toppings are of the highest quality, most of them dop/igp certified. Those certifications are issued by the EU and ensure the origin and quality of Italian food products from responsible producers. To perfect your pizza we reccommend a drizzle of our Olifa olive oil which adds natural flavor as well as a healthy nutrition.
