Hlín Guesthouse

Hlín Guesthouse is a family business, located in the old school building in Steinsstaðir in Skagafjörður. The house has been renovated and put in a new style. This wonderful building offers 16 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen for guests and 2 hot tubs that offer a magnificent view of Mælifellshnjúkur to the south. 

Steinsstaðir has long been a popular destination for groups, e.g. family reunions, workplaces, friend meetings, etc. There is a large variety of entertainment nearby, e.g. river rafting, kayak trips, mountain trips on specially equipped cars, horseback riding, etc. There is also a nice campsite in the garden of the guesthouse with electricity and showers. Steinsstaðir is a paradise for those who want to relax in the countryside.
