Giljur in Mýrdalur

Accommodation in a recently renovated private house at a farm in Mýrdalur valley, close to the Ring Road in a lovely and charming valley by the foothills of Mýrdalsjökull. Located at the boundary of the South and the South East, Mýrdalur is in the newly founded Katla Geopark. Many activities and excursions are available in the area, such as outdoor sightseeing, hiking and birdwatching, and various well-known natural jewels are close by. Open from 1 June to 15 September.
