The Finnsson family has a total of 81 years of experience in everything related to catering. The head chef is Vilhjálmur Sveinn Guðmundsson. He has worked at Hilton, Sjávargrill, Grand Hotel and Grillmarkaður.
Villi and the team in the kitchen make all the sauces and pesto from scratch, as is all the bread and cakes baked on site. Special emphasis is placed on sugar-free delicacies!
